I have a problem with my laptop were for some reason running windows xp pro
my left and right arrow keys don't work along with my delete insert and page
up and page down keys.
Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Sounds like HARDWARE.
 
You might try uninstalling the keyboard in device manager, reboot and let
windows reinstall (*temporarily* create a non password administrator user
account case keyboard fails at login :) If that fails you may have to
contact the Manufactures Tech Dept.
