No, because there isn't one. Watts is power, decibels is sound intensity.
While related, they are not the same thing: A higher wattage speaker will be
louder, but distance from the speaker matters, too.

thus, a 200W power amplifier will put out 10 dB more electrical power than a
20W amplifier, and its sound power output will also increase by 10 dB."
Sound Power Level in dB = 10 * log10( Power in Watts / Reference Power in Watts) where Reference Power is typically 10^-12 Watt
This is not sound pressure ("volume"). The conversion of Power to Pressure is situation-dependent, as Bernie is alluding to. There are conversion formula available for a few idealized situations, though.
