can an image become brighter in PP when you roll the mouse over?

Im putting together a presentation and want to make an image that is slightly
darker and when you roll the mouse over it it brightens? How would I do this?
or can I do this?

Thanks very much. Another question is "I have 16 images on my page that i
want to do this with, will i have to create 16 extra pages so that the all
the images dont change colour when i roll over 1 of the images?"
