Can an Adobie Acrobat file be converted to a Word file?

Chuck, How do I access this area? (microsoft.word.public.documanagement).
This is my first experience with a question so I am dumb as dirt. Please help.

You already have accessed it - twice - in order to ask your questions
(microsoft.word.public.documanagement).
Chuck replied with a web link that points to an application that presumably
will convert pdf. Click the link he posted to investigate.
Word has no inherent ability to convert PDF files to text. This can only be
done with third party converters or OCR software of which there are several
examples to be found with a web search at google.
