Can a registry be set to default?

Hi

I have a windows 2000 professional workstation in my domain that i'm having
problems with and want to know if i can set the registry to default.

I'm struggling to find a appropriate windows 2000 NG. Any help?

No, you can't. It is good practice to back up the registry
(or at least the current key) before you change it. If you
did not do this, look up the problem key on some other
Win2000 PC, or upgrade to WinXP where you can use
System Restore.

ERUNT works well for Windows 2000 or Windows XP. And it is free!
