camera problems

I recently bought a Bell Howard BH23 digital camera. this camera worked fine with my windows 2000 but now that I have upgraded to XP, I keep getting a message of the drives is not installed.I have took my cpu to a tech and was told that my USB port work fine. do you have any suggestions???

the driver for your BH23: http://www.jazzphoto.com/consumer_frames.htm
Note that the Spec Sheet does not mention Windows XP (but does Win 2000) so
you may want to check with Jazz to ensure the driver works for the Windows
XP. Contact info at the Site. Also check with where you bought the camera,
and check the software in the bundle that comes with the camera - it needs
to be compatible with XP.
