Calndar monthly view making saturday and sunday smaller

How do I make Saturday and Sunday be half the size of a week day in calendar
monthly viewlike it was in outlook 2003. It is difficult to glance at my
calendar and see

in weekly view i can remove non work days but in monthly view there seems to
be no option to reduce the size of non workdays to visually distinguish them
from work days.

Right-click the calendar and choose Other Settings. Is there a "Compress
weekend days"?

Outlook 2007 doesn't support compressed weekends.
