CallingID has stopped working

I am using Windows Mail in Vista and this popup warning is continually coming
on, and mail will not download. What is this?
 
What does that have to do with "CallingID"?
What exactly does the popup warning say? If there is a Cancel button,
click it, which should produce an error message. Right-click on your
error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
