Call option missing from Outlook 2007

Using Outlook 2003 with LCS 2005 there is a 'call' option allowing to call a
person in the from/to list of an email, this option is not available in
Outlook 2007 email. Has anyone seen the same issue, or explain why this is
missing?
 
Isn't that functionality added by an LCS add-in? I don't think there was
update for that yet. You might want to ask in the LCS newsgroup.
