Call all entries from previous record to a new record?

Anyone know if there is a way to do this? When adding a new record to a form
I want to call all previous entries from the prior record entered into the
form to the new record. I'm aware of the Ctrl ' (apostrophe) command to call
individual entries but this is quite inconvenient when you need to call 15
different fields. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
