Calendar??

We are trying to find a way where our staff knows when the supervisors are
going to be out? For example, we have outlook and they can update their
calendar and share this with their staff. However we have 50 supervisors.
How do you check for all 50 supervisors? Is there a way we can do this?
 
we have a shared calendar where people enter this "out" time, the thing is,
you have to enter the time there, as well as on your personal calendar
