You can't. "Michael C" apparently doesn't understand how Usenet works.
He's made a few of these nonsense posts apparently because he thinks
that will magically remove his posts where his clock was set
incorrectly.

Since posts are propagated to hundreds (if not thousands) of NNTP
servers around the world and archived on Google Groups, you can't
cancel a posting to a public newsgroup.

But he did. He was not the OP. Look at the time stamp Bill is the one was in the future and at least on my Agent 4.1
newsreader he is leading the thread now..

Malke is a bit confused. I just posted a new thread with the same subject.
It seems to be a bug in newsreaders or limitation of the way usenet works
where it makes my post look like the original post.

I tried it on one of my posts but it didn't work. I noticed that you didn't use the Re:
I am trying it again but don't think it will work for some reason.

Again this is a good way so we don't have to see that post for a full year.
