I AM TRYING TO CREATE A CALENDAR FORM THAT ALL 12 MONTHS CAN BE VIEWED AT
ONCE. I WANT TO SPECIFY DAYS NOT PRESENT AND THE REASON WHY. AND THEN COLOR
CODE FOR REASON (BLUE VACATION, RED ABSENT, YELLOW MEDICAL EXCUSE) CAN ANYONE
HELP?

I have one that I threw together to track my vacation days per year. I can
send you a copy if you like. Just send me an Email and specify the file
format you want it in.

It shows all 12 months and I can color code days for "1/2 or full day
scheduled" "1/2 or full day planned" (tentative), and I can add notes to
individual days. The base tables track how many days I have at the
beginning of the year and as days are scheduled or planned the form
indicates "remaining unsceduled days" at the top.

You should be able to easily modify it to suit your purposes.
