Calendar view

in OL 2003, how do you change the calendar view to show Sunday as the first
day of the week and NO Saturday & Sunday in the same block. This is
confusing to me. I want the calendar to look just like every other calendar
in the world with Sunday through Saturday with a full box for each day.
 
Go into tools->options on the preference tab choose calendar options. There
you can choose first day of week.

If you want a column for each you can choose the "5 day work week" view and
under calender options choose wich days is in the work week.
