calendar that automatically calculates schedule.

I need to have a reacurring calendar that will automatically highlight or
mark work schedules for 2 or 3 years in advance. For example: I work 7
straight days from Thursday through Wednesday. I would like to be able to
print a calendar that will calculate my work days for the next 2 to 3 years,
I can use this to determine if I am working on upcoming holidays.
 
This sounds like a job for Outlook.
