Calendar shows re-occuring events improperly

When I am in the Outlook Today View the timed re-occurring event shows as
all day. When I click into the 30-day view of calendar it shows the start
and end times, as are correct.

How is this fixed in the Outlook Today view?

Forgive the reply to my own post. I'm on WinXp non SP-2, Outlook 2002 SP3
and I've tried detect and repair.
