Calendar issue--Outlook 2002

User's calendar is adjusting her meetings a half hour earlier than what they are actually sceduled for. She'll create a meeting request and people will accept it at the correct time but on her calendar they adjust to an hour earlier.

Has anyone else ever seen this?

Time zone or DST setting mismatch, perhaps.
