When you open the Calendar view you have the option to
just view the daily calendar or you can use the mouse and
grab the right hand border of the screen (scroll over
slowly until you see the point icon change and that drag
the border over to the left. That allows you to see the 1
day, 5 day, 7 day or 1 month hourly break down daily
calendar on the left and you can have the task pad on the
right. If you move the mouse to the top of the task pad
you will see the point change again and you can drag that
down to add more months. If you reduce the size of the
daily calendar on the left you can actually get a whole
year to view.
