Calendar for a small group of users

I need network shared calendar for a small group of users (we do not
have exchange, and we do not have SharePoint). It has to be W2K, XP
compatible.

Not 100% true to the freeware spirit insofar as they have dumbed-down
version for free. But the full bore option is cheap too. If all you
need is a calendar, then the free version will be just fine.

It's a snap to install and run.
