Calendar: Automatically enable reminder for all new entries

Hi,

I am not a proficient user of outlook, but we frequently use it to schedule
the meetings and discussions. Is there any setting by which the reminder
option is automatically enabled whenever we create new meeting request.

PS: In my outlook (2002) Tools->Options->Calendar, "Default Reminder" option
is enabled and set to 10 min.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Do you want to set it on each persons copy or just on yours? The default
reminder option should apply to meeting requests on the organizers calendar.
