I have a formula to calculate the percentage of profit on a line
item: =(F2/G2)
Now I want to make it so that if the percentage falls below 133%, the
cell displays the number in red. I know this is probably easy for the
experts, but I can't seem to figure it out. Could somebody take pity
on my poor, uneducated self and help me with this?

Select the cell then
Format|conditional format
Cell value is
Less than
133%
Pick a colour
