calculated field with count of data

Hello, I am new to this forum.

I have a pivot table with COUNT data versus SUM data. And there are two COUNT data fields. (Count of Responses and Count of Companies) I am trying to do a calculated field to see the percentage of one COUNT data field from the other. (responses/companies)

For the life of me, I can't figure it out. Am I trying to create something that can not be done because it is text and not numbers?

This is a pivot table to keep up with the progress of responses for each of my salespeople and I need to track the participation. So it is an ongoing process and would rather not do it manually.

HELP!!!
