Caculate Age

What formula do I use to calculate an age?

I have two cells populated with D.O.B and Current Date. At the moment I just
simply take one from the other and divide by 365, but problem here is that
it rounds the answer, thus someone that is 17.6 is rounded to 18, whereas
they are not 18 until 18 is hit, so to speak
