I upgrade my Windows XP box from Outlook 2002 to Outlook
2003. It starts up fine, but if I try to put it
in "Cached Mode" Outlook will not start. It give the
generic message of "Cannot start Microsoft Office
Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window. The set of
folders could not be opened. The server is not available.
Contact your administrator in this condition persists."
I installed Outlook 2003 as a fresh install on my laptop
and cached mode works great. Any suggestions?
