We changed user profiles/logins and under the old logon I
would open Outlook type the first initial of a persons
name and their name would pop-up in the TO: field or I
would have access to serveral chooses. How do I copy those
settings or activate this functionality?

MS Outlook 2002 connected to an EXCH 2K server.

Thanks in advance.

You can't - this cache is built on the fly as users type in email addresses.
Once the users have emailed the recipient, the name resolution will be added
to your cache.

The file containing the autosuggest cache is of type .NK2 for OL 2002 and
2003. You can copy this file from the old user login to the new one and
give it a name that matches the user's mail profile. For example (assuming
Windows 2000 or XP), if my login changed from "tillman" to "brian" and my
mail profile changes from "MyMail" to "BrianMail", I could copy the file
C:\Documents and Settings\Tillman\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\MyMail.NK2 to C:\Documents and
Settings\Brian\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\BrianMail.NK2.
