When trying to go to a secure site that I am supposed to have access to, I get the message "Cache Access Denied," and "Access control configuration prevents this request." I have deleted all temporary internet files I can, but still have the problem. A few weeks ago I downloaded a web accelerator program (for our dial up connection) and ever since then our computer has not been the same. When I use Netscape 7.0 on the same machine I do not get this problem. How can I fix this

Mike,
"A few weeks ago I downloaded a web accelerator program"
That's the most likely cause ... uninstall it via Add Remove.

The MS article Frank mentioned is the cure ...
