C# with C++ DLL

Hello all,
I'm using a C++ DLL and I have a method that needs a "const char *buffer".
What is the equivalent of this in C#? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
You can marshal char* as string or byte[], whatever suits your needs better.
