C:\windows\bxxs5.dill Error

On start up I receive the the following error

C:\windows\bxxs5.dill error. Anyone know how I can fix this problem

Also my computer freezes up all the darn time and I have to re-boot it to make it run again. This computer is less than 2 months old and this is getting old fast
