C++ Runtime Error

When I tried to log on XP Pro with Novell Client, once I type username and
hit tab, I got a C++ Runtime Error message with
??..\C:\Windows\System32\Winlogon.exe.
I have other users login were fine...
Is anyone know what causing it?

Please help!!!
