C# exe

Hi Folks, Is it possible for me to deploy a C# solution to a machine that
doesn't have .NET? If not, do I need to install full framework or just a
handfull of components?

According to Microsoft, the answer is YES, you need .NET.
You can use VS2003 to distribute the framework with your app. It is a 20mb
redist.
