C++ error when opening outlook XP

Please see the attachmet for the error message...

I am recieving this error each time I choose a different profile. If I
restart outlook and choose the same profile it opens to that inbox without
the error. I've looked at the KB and through other message boards, but
nothing specific to help me. I've uninstalled Office XP and reinstalled it,
and still get this error. What is it and what is the fix. My laptop is setup
the same way without any problems.

The error reads

Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library
Debug Error!

Program: C:\PROGA~1\MICRO~2\Office\OUTLOOK.EXE

abnormal program termination

Press Retry to debut the application)

ABORT RETRY IGNORE

Abort - closes application and returns to desktop

Retry - closes application and returns to desktop

Ignore - creataes a VISUAL C++ Runtime error with OK button which closes app
and returns to desktop


I've tried everything from the link that you have shared, anyone else have
any thoughts.
