Two days ago, my copy of Outlook from Office XP
Professional stopped working. First, I was told that
there was a Debug error from the Microsoft Visual C++
Debug Library. If I click on 'ignore', then I get an
error message saying that the program has asked runtime
to terminate it in an unexpected way and then the program
closes. Sometimes I just get the Runtime error without
the Visual C++ error.
I tried all of the fixes from http://www.howto-
outlook.com/faq/outlookdoesntstart.htm and none of them
worked. I have completely uninstalled Office three times
and re-installed it and the same problems occur.
Strangely, my free copy of Outlook Express still works
just fine. However, I would prefer to use Outlook since I
paid so much for it.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
