Is there a way to bypass the necessity for the Novice
computer to click OK for the Expert to take control of
the PC. I want to be able to send the request file from
the Novice to the Expert... then for the Expert to accept
the request, connect, issue the password, and take
control without anyone being at the Novice PC. Is this
possible?
Thanks in advance for any help,
Betty

No, it is a security feature designed to prevent a fraudulent logon.

There are programs that you can use that will click on a button at a certain point in time
So the computer you are trying to connect to could be programmed to click the "yes" buttons necessary to accept remote assistance. I paid $25.00 for such software.
