Bypass VPN for web surfing???

Is it possible with a standard Windows PPTP client VPN to bypass the VPN for
all web traffic. I've heard this discussed and can't remember the terminology
but it was at a Citrix demo so may have been vendor specific.

Look for a VPN setting that says to use remote default gateway and uncheck
it.
