Bypass OS logo and desktop

Hello, I hope someone can help.

I want a program I have installed to boot straight into it.

For example: Program called Mame.exe - so when the pc is switched on it goes
straight into Mame.exe program, not seeing O.S logo or desktop.

1. Click Start / Run / control userpasswords2 {OK},
then untick the box that requires users to enter a
password.

2. Place a shortcut that points to Mame.exe into the
Startup folder of your profile.

There's a '/Noguiboot' option for your boot.ini to remove the OS Logo
It can be added eg via Start > Run > msconfig ...
