bypass IFRAME security restrictions

I'm also working on a way to get cross domain frame/iframe content in
my c# app.

I need to bypass security restrictions like explained in this
article : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/196340 I'm having hard time
trying to convert this to c# After working on this for almost all
the night I still have no clue about how to do it in c# Anything to
start with that point me to the right direction will be really
appreciated
