Button wizard

When I run th wizard for a button to open a form based on matching data the
left choice is blank
 
Hi Rod,
were you able to select the matching data in the previous step?
Did the controls you selected have matching data and matching data types?

Would you like to post back with the names of the control or field that you
wanted to use to open the form.
