button for table selection to handle one report but many tables

I have a number of tables with the same fields from different sites of a
trial. I would like to be able to use a button in a report so I can produce a
snapshot of the processed data from each site, please help
 
I would prefer to select the table from a list as oppossed to combining, I
receive a lot of lists.

Would you be so kind as to provide more information on how I would adopt
your approach. Thanks
