Button doesnt work

My "Start Scan" button doesnt work if i get the "Havent scanned In 3 Days"
warning. The error i get is: 0x80004003 Invalid Pointer.

Any ideas?
 
This is a bug. You can work around it by using Scan from the menus rather
than pressing the "scan now" button when offered.
