Business Contact Manager is a single-user customer relationship add-in for
Outlook that stores its data in a database but exposes it as a separate set
of contact and other folders. It can automatically maintain a record of
email correspondence with a BCM contact, keeping the information even after
the user deletes the email messages. It has its own reporting capability.
In the current version, the data can't be shared, the contacts don't have
all the functionality of Outlook contacts, and unless you buy a third-party
tool, you can't sync the data with a PDA.
