Supposedly, by having Small Business Server 2003, we are allowed to use
Business Contact Manager in Outlook. Can anyone point me in the right
direction for how we actually get this and use it?

I guess it's part of SBS2003??

Don't I need to have BCM installed in the first place? The Oulook CD
that came with my SBS2003 did not contain BCM.

You also need to install BCM if it isn't installed. You'd need your Office
disk set for that. Some versions include BCM, some don't. The patch will not
install if BCM isn't installed first (duh!). That one got me ;-).

BCM does work in a profile that contains Exchange Server, but I believe you
need to create a new profile to get them both co-existing. No real issue
there.

"The patch will not install if BCM isn't installed first (duh!). That

Which is the whole point of my question. If BCM did not come with my
SBS2003, how am I supposed to get it??

Is it said somewhere that anyone with SBS is entitled to it ? It may, but I
don't know where. It's an 'included' with certain versions of Office (small
biz, pro, possibly others).

I know the 'fix' was intended for SBS customers, but as it's actually an
Office component, perhaps BCM itself is not included.

Yes, indeed you do. BCM does not come with SBS2003, AFAIK. It is included in
the Office 2003 Pro and Small Business Edition suites only.
