Business Contact Manager

Whenever I try to open my outlook I get the following error message about Business Contact Mananager:

What is wrong?
I would so much like to use my outlook

I can find no information on that error. If you have a retail version of
Office 2003 Pro or Small Business, you may want initiate a support incident
with Microsoft at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;en-us;incidentsubmit. You
will need a .Net Passport, but there should be no charge for filing the
request.
