I am looking for a program to enhance the basic outlook / exchange interface.

I have researched microsoft's Business Contact Manager and like the features.

We have 8 users and would like to use a program like BCM.

MS CRM is too expensive for our small office.

Any suggestions ?

TIA

Kevin

I looked through the list at slipstick before I posted here.
Cost is a big issue with this solution. Most features we want are in Outlook.
there just not displayed properly.
I am concerned with some of the porgrams listed in slipstick. Support issues
with companies 5 or more time zones away.
Have you used any listed.. ?

thanks again

kevin

BCM is not a multi-user application. You might want to look at other CRM
tools listed at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/contact_management.htm

My business does not require a contact management tool beyond what Outlook
offers and what I can program myself. You might want to consider the cost
factor vs. expected productivity and improved sales figures vs. what it
would cost you to have someone code a custom program for you. A Google
search should turn up several articles on how to evaluate CRM systems.
