Business Contact Manager reports won't work

I installed Outlook 2003 with BCM two weeks ago and cannot
get the reports to work, if I try to run any of the
reports under the "Business Tools" menu option, I get a
message box the "The Report Cannot Be Generated. Try
again later."

Did a full reinstall, clean reboot, new profile...nothing
works..has anybody seen this?
