I logged this in to the support center, this is the reply
I got. (I then submitted a request that a patch be
developed):
After installing Business Contact Manager (BCM), a logon
is forced onto Windows XP Home, rather than directly going
to the desktop.
Incident: SRZ031225000484
The problem is related to "Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1".
When installing "Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1", an "ASPNET"
account will be automatically created in Windows XP in
order to run the ASP.NET worker process. Since there is
more than one account in the system, Windows XP will
display the log on screen though the "ASPNET"
account is not shown on the screen. For the "ASPNET"
account is necessary to properly run "Microsoft .Net
Framework 1.1", which is required by BCM, we are unable to
skip the log on screen by directly deleting it. Moreover,
this is a feature by design and we are unable to
change the behavior by modifying settings. Therefore, we
are unable to skip the log on screen when using BCM in
Windows XP. We will appreciate your understanding.
