Business Contact Manager for sale as stand-along?

Hello,

Does any one out there (MVP's or otherwise), know if
Microsoft plans on making their Business Contact Manager
available anytime at all as a stand alone product?

It seems to me they are missing some good additional
revenue by not doing this.

I know it's not currently available standalone. I'm not sure if they have
any future plans for it.
