Business Contact Manager CD missing

I received free copies of Office Profession 2003 and Office OneNote 2003 for having attended the Office System Launch Event. However, only the Office and OneNote CDs were inside, but not the one for the BCM. I'm confused because the product literature that came with the CDs says that the BCM should be included, and the Office website says that BCM is included with Office Profession.

The cardboard container that shipped with the CDs has "flaps" to hold only two CDs and contain stickers with Product Keys only for the Office and OneNote CDs, so it doesn't look as if the BCM CD was accidentally missed during packaging.

I don't want to seem ungrateful--I really appreciate and am enjoying the Office and OneNote software--but I really would like to have the BCM and it seems that it should have been included. I've searched the Office and OneNote CDs looking for the BCM but don't see it anywhere.

Did anyone else attend the Office System Launch Event. If so, did your shipment include the BCM software? I'm sorry to post this message here if it's the wrong place, but I have no idea where else I can get some info on this. If any has information about this or has a contact number for me to call directly to MS, I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

BCM was not included in the launch distributions. It is in the retail Office 2003 Pro and Small Business Edition packages.

I'm sure the BCM folks are just as frustrated as you are by this.
