Steve

I installed the update for using business contact manager
with Outlook 2003.
Unfortunately it will not open those folders, and gives
me an error that the files are corrupt, unavailable,
damaged or stored on a server (none of which is true.

Does anyone know how to get BCM to work with SBS2003?

Which files is it complaining about? Outlook's, the BCM database or
something else?

it complains first about the BCM folders - says it cannot
open them. Further info button says files may be
unavailable, corrupt, or stored on a server. None of
these are true. I then close outlook, and when I reopen
i get a message that says BCM has been removed from this
profile because this version does not support MS exchenge
server. I did the update to allow SBS but it did not
change anything.
Have you any tips or advice on how to correct? it would
be very much appreciated.
Thanks

I guess outlook - gives same message that Outlook does
not support BCM.
