Business Contact Manager add-in?

I am an academic user running Office Professional Enterprise Edition 2003.
How do I download the BCM add-in at no cost, since it is supposed to be
included with this version?
 
If you purchased Office 2003 Professional when it first came out, your BCM
disk probably wasn't uincluded. You can email (e-mail address removed). Include
your name, address and phone number and a brief explanation of why you don't
have BCM (i.e. you purchased Office Pro right after it launched).
