Burning Slideshow onto CD

i had windows xp on desktop back in australia and there
was a function that allowed you to burn photos onto cd in
a slideshow, adding a title page and music so you could
play in the dvd player.

now have windows xp on laptop in uk. does not seem to
have this feature any more. I really want this feature
back. is it there and i cant find???

please help. thanks
